Returning employees were welcomed at the door with Hawaiian-themed music, leis, treats, signage, and balloons. Christian Care Ministry's CEO, Scott Reddig, sent a welcome email with video, and staff attended a Hawaiian-themed welcome back reception for a chance to reconnect.
